Todd Leopold is a busy guy. Running a small distillery that produces fourteen different products is no easy task, but Todd Leopold seems to take it in stride. While Leopold Bros. might be a small craft distillery, their spirits have gotten a great deal of national attention and they have the distinction of being on almost every cocktail menu in Denver.
We spoke to Todd Leopold about his process of distilling, his award winning gin, and how he manages to juggle so many products with such a small staff.
