I think your way off on the tasting notes. All the red stags are infused bourbons, they are not artificially flavored. Your reference to "make things taste more whiskey like" might be the most idiotic thing ive heard when referring to tasting a BOURBON product! As far as jack honey there's a reason it's so sweet and soft......it's a honey liqueur base not bourbon or whiskey. I think you should keep drinking, keep learning so you can provide a more accurate description of the spirits your tastelessly trashing. Cheers!
